The Divine Feminine is a spiritual concept that refers to the feminine energy - a counterpart to the patriarchal and masculine worship structures.
This shade of energy can be found in the moon, the ocean, the trees, and within the self. The collection is an ode to the wild and untamed, the soft and still - the juxtaposition of soft and strong female qualities. Archetypes of femininity and fertility from around the world and throughout history are abundant, and exploration of The Divine Feminine takes on many forms. The culmination? Refined luxury steeped in self-love, harmony and empowerment, all with that Coco de Mer touch. How delightful.
The Divine Feminine was shot by Coco de Mer with an all-female team, led by photographer and stylist Cathy Kasterine.

The Divine Feminine pays homage to the revolutionary work of Lina Iris Viktor, a British Liberian artist, based in Italy. Her focus on strong goddess-like female subjects shown with such intricacy and power inspired the creative process. As a result, the collection has been designed with rich, bold hues and sumptuous, contrasting textures to create a palette of intriguing diversity - intrinsically aligning to resonate with the myriads of female strengths.
