Please note that our Click and Collect service is available to collect Monday - Saturday from 11am – 7pm, and 12am - 6pm on Sundays.

You must collect your order within 7 days of purchasing.

Orders placed from Monday - Friday before 3pm are available for same day collection, 2 hours after checkout completion. Orders placed after 3pm Friday - Sunday will be available for collection on the following Monday. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection with an email.

If you require your order sooner than the above availability, please reach out to us at customercare@coco-de-mer.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

On collection, please bring a copy of the confirmation email, a form of ID and the same card used to pay at the online checkout.

Any returns for Click and Collect orders will be processed under the same terms and conditions as our online orders.
