Order times will vary depending on your location. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Please note Royal Mail will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-10 days. If you are overseas and require your order sooner, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help you. All of our lingerie is delicate and lovingly crafted, we recommend that every product be dry cleaned in order to preserve the life and lustre of your garments.
It’s very important to clean your toys after use, we recommend our Pleasure Renewed Toy Cleaner, to maintain the life of your products. This silky soft cleaner is gentle against the surface of the silicone meaning your toy will last longer, it can be applied with a soft lint free cloth.
Once cleaned we would recommend storing your toy either within the Coco de Mer vegan leather travel case, or in a cotton drawstring bag.
To pair the egg/plug and the remote, you need to press and hold the button on the egg/plug together with the bottom button on the remote for approximately 5 seconds. The egg/plug should turn on and continue to vibrate, whereas the remote will give a short burst of vibration and stop. This is how you know the two are paired. You can then control the egg/plug from the bottom button. To turn the remote vibration on, simply press the top button and it should start to vibrate. The vibration on the remote and on the egg/plug won't sync as such so you will need to scroll through to put them on the same setting if that is what you want to do.
If this is not working, you may need to charge the remote. To charge the remote, there is a small disc on the side, under the “CE” mark. You need to press the charging pin through this disc until you hear the click.

Quality is of the utmost importance to us at Coco de Mer. All of our lingerie is made in Portugal, while our toys and bondage are designed in the UK and produced by our expert tradesmen in China.
All of our Pleasure Collection Toys have a discreet pinhole to the base or side of the Toy. For the first charge insert the chocolate pin charger through the surface of the silicone. A light will appear behind the Toy’s control button to let you know this is charging and flash once when your toy is fully charged.

In order to return a product you need to request a returns form from our Customer Care team.
We require that a fully completed return request form is received by our customer care team within 14 days of you receiving your order. All items must be returned unworn and with the original product packaging intact. No product can be returned to us without an authorised return request and some products are non returnable unless faulty. For full details visit our Returns & Refunds page.
We take pride in the quality of all of our items at Coco de Mer, but if you do happen to find a fault with any of our products, we will offer either a return or exchange on each faulty item.
If you wish to cancel or amend your online order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. They may be able to revise your order before it is dispatched but unfortunately this is not guaranteed.
