A revered design from our archives, the Irena Basque features a classic underwired balcony silhouette and a high cut elegance below the waist. Scalloped edges flutter across the cups to add further delicacy, whilst velvet-covered wire casing offers a gentle lift, blending into panels of jet black botanical embroidery. Adjustable velvet shoulder straps give a simple elegance, as do the velvet-cased binding and waistband, which parts the embroidery into two perfectly angled panels of scalloped embroidery, gliding down to the thigh. 

Turning around, the Basque accentuates its glamour, with clean cut panels of embroidery meeting jet black velvet suspender straps - the high cut creating an elongated silhouette of insatiable sensuality. Seven hook and eye fastenings down the spine and delicate golden hardware finish off the luxurious impact of this piece.
