It is such a pleasure to announce our delectable collaboration with British aperitif house Botivo. To celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we have created a limited-edition aphrodisiac-inspired botanical aperitif: bold, layered, and designed to be savoured as slowly as possible. It's the first collaboration of its kind to dissolve the boundary between fashion and luxury food and drink - and it arrives with a signature Botivo wink.

At its heart, this is a celebration of British making at its most intentional. 

As brands, we share a philosophy that pleasure is not frivolous, it is a craft: layered, intentional and best not to be rushed. That the finest experiences in life are those built with care, sourced with thought, and presented with artistry. In a limited run of just 1,000 bottles, this aperitivo is as much a collectible cultural object as it is a drink.

The collaboration signals a wider cultural shift, with fashion and food increasingly in dialogue - dissolving boundaries between taste, design and desire. Coco de Mer and Botivo are natural counterparts: two British brands united by craft, storytelling and a pleasure-first philosophy.

Founded by Imme Ermgassen and Sam Paget Steavenson, Botivo is reimagining Britain’s drinking culture with a palate-led, joyous philosophy, much like ours. Crafted by hand in small batches at Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire, Botivo blends bold botanicals and natural ingredients into a complex, bittersweet aperitif designed for modern ritual. Each botanical is selected not just for flavour, but for provenance, personality and the layered experience it creates in the glass.

Botivo Co-Founder Sam Paget Steavenson concocted the recipe closely with Coco de Mer owner and CEO Lucy Litwack. Layering juicy cherry, lip-tingling chilli, velvety cacao and warming ginseng into Botivo's complex bittersweet botanical base, the resulting liquid is as exciting as the partnership itself.

Botivo has always been about more than drinks - it's a storytelling house, where every botanical is selected for provenance and personality as much as flavour. In this collaboration, that narrative instinct found a perfect sparring partner.

The label artwork, created by illustrator Rozalina Burkova, reimagines Botivo's signature illustrated characters through Coco de Mer's distinctive sensual lens - Playful, beautiful, and smile-inducing from the moment you see it… Not to mention being able to spot a few familiar lingerie and bondage items…

This is a bottle built for rituals; slow evenings, deliberate pleasures and the kind of toasts worth remembering.
