These cinchers are designed to minimize your waist up to 3" and are available in three sizes:

Small 22" / Medium 24" / Large 26"

The corsets are available in black, but can also be ordered in white.

Sizing for cinchers are based on your natural waist measurements, therefore please follow this guide to pick your correct size.

A cincher allows you to give yourself the optimal hourglass shape by minimizing your waist and flattening your stomach. The steel boning within these cinchers provides strong support to maintain the shape, and the back lacing enables you to tighten or loosen as desired.

1. Firstly what look do you want to achieve? If you are new to the world of ‘waist training’,we recommend you choose a size no more than 2" less than your natural waist measurement. If you wear cinchers/corsets on a regular basis you can opt for a reduction of more than 3". We do offer more extreme waist training sizes for 'advanced' corset lovers on request.

2. Taking correct measurement: Firstly measure the narrowest point of your waist (breathing normally). Subtract 2-3” from your natural waist size and select the closest even number, e.g. if your waist size is 29”, then we suggest you order a 26” cincher.
