Delivery Information

We bend over backwards (and in all sorts of other directions) to make sure you get your order on time, securely and discreetly packaged. We use hand-picked courier services to deliver your order safely.

All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging. See what your parcel will look like here.

All orders are shipped from London. All orders require a signature upon receipt. Orders must be placed before 2pm GMT to qualify for express delivery.

Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be shipped the next working day. Coco de Mer is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions or customs clearance processes.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

For UK orders if no one is available to sign for the parcel it may be left with a neighbour or returned to the local UPS depot and instructions will be left on how to arrange a redelivery.

Packages exceeding 5kg in weight may be subject to additional charges. We will contact you before shipping if this is the case.

Our goal is to process orders within 7 working days of order confirmation and credit card authorisation.

Your order will be shipped once the payment has been approved, the address has been verified, and the merchandise is in stock.

Non UK Europe Mainland: Average delivery is 7 to 12 days from order confirmation. However, this time may be affected by stock availability and/or customs delays.

Please note that all overseas orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.

We do not take responsibility for any import duties imposed by your own country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.

Your privacy is important to us and we do not share any information about your order with anyone. However, international deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Extended Returns Policy

Because we understand that giving and receiving are so important to you, we have extended our returns policy this Christmas. All orders placed from 21st November can be returned for an exchange or refund (if applicable to the type of product) until 13th January 2012.
