Delivery Information

We bend over backwards (and in all sorts of other directions) to make sure you get your order on time, securely and discreetly packaged.

All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging. See what your parcel will look like here.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. Orders placed before mid-day on Saturday are despatched the same day.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

For UK orders if no one is available to sign for the parcel it may be left with a neighbour or returned to the local Royal Mail delivery office and instructions will be left on how to arrange a redelivery. 

Coco de Mer Delivery Costs and Options: United States

Non UK Europe Mainland: Average delivery is 7 to 12 days from order confirmation. However, this time may be affected by stock availability and/or customs delays.

We cannot take responsibility for any import duties imposed by your own country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.

Your privacy is important to us and we do not share any information about your order with anyone. However, international deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
